The quote tool

Quote questions: gender, age, self-described health, nicotine status, coverage amount, term years. These go to the carriers' quoting engine for rate generation; they are never stored here. Getting rates requires zero contact details. Repeated identical queries tap a momentary cache to skip requoting.

Applying

Selecting apply sends your responses to the carriers' secured portal where they autofill an application. You follow the platform's separate privacy policies. Susman Insurance Agency (License 0B75129) manages applications under its licensed status.

The contact form

Contact forms request: your name, email, choice of phone, contact approach, subject line, and your message. The agency receives it via email with your email as the return path. No storage, archives or message logs remain on this server. In-browser anti-fraud measures activate before sending.

Measurement

This site measures visits through first-party, anonymous tracking code running from this domain. No persistent identifiers or cookies are used; network addresses are truncated before saving; referrer data is stripped; records vanish after ninety days. Visitors with Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control are skipped entirely.

What we do not do

No data sales, sharing to outside vendors, or behavioral advertising trackers. Only the carriers' application platform (loaded on the application page) is third-party code.
